Foam Production Process

Mix materials A and B in the industrial mixer, and the robotic arm will inject the resulting mixture into the mold automatically. It is heated, fermented, and shaped in a mold under the direction of the exact timing. Take out the foam for hot pressing and let it be completely compressed. Allow the hot-pressed foam to rest for 72 hours. The foam undergoes a chemical change before packaging.

Proper Sitting Posture

Adjust the height of your chair or add footrests to ensure that your feet are flat on the floor, your thighs are parallel to the floor, and your knees are bent at a 90° angle. Focus your body’s strength on the sit bones of your hips and align your knees with the sit bones. This helps you direct your body's power through your legs to the ground, relieving stress on your hips.

Soft Foam VS Firm Foam

Which is more conducive to transferring the strength of the sit bones, soft or firm foam? In terms of high-resilience foam, it is soft and has inadequate resilience, hence providing insufficient support. So how do you intend to effectively keep equal height between the sit bones and knees? If the foam is durable, resilient and supportive, can it scientifically support your sitting? In fact, the softness and hardness of foam cannot be judged by their apparent effect alone. Although soft and firm foam may initially appear to be large, soft, and comfy, they must endure the test of time and durability.

Imagine a high-resilience foam as a piece of bread. When the raw dough is baked in a smaller mold, it necessarily becomes solid, good tear-resistant, and highly resilient. The same-sized piece of raw dough baked in a larger mold is inevitably soft, easily torn, and possesses weak elasticity. Another example: Now, there are two basketballs, one large and one small, but they weigh exactly the same. Can you tell me which basketball cuts corners during the production process? If your foam is large, thick, and soft, unless it is the foam with a high density, full weight, and slow rebound, it resembles that big, soft and fluffy bread or that disqualified basketball. Foam appears big, sitting on it is soft, and all of a sudden I feel quite comfortable; however, its durability can only be evaluated after prolonged use. It follows that the strong and durable foam is better suited to the needs of sedentary men because it supports the science of sitting.
